Shipping policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When you return the product, you should never ship it by yourself, please contact us first as we need to create a valid return label. If you ship it directly without our return label, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we can't proceed before receiving the product back.
